Low-Carb Cowboy's CABALLERO CALZONE Supplies: 4 tbsp Almond Flour 3 tbsp Coconut Flour 4 tbsp butter melted 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/3 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 egg How to: Preheat oven to 400°F Combine spices with shredded cheese and melt in the microwave careful not to burn Working quickly, add almond flour, coconut flour, melted butter and egg to your melted cheese and combine and form dough into a rectangle and place between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out Add your filling and fold the dough on the ends to close and bake for 15 mins
