Buckaroo Blueberry Cream Cheese Danishes!

RECIPE!!! Low-Carb Cowboy's BUCKAROO BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE DANISHES (w/ sliced almonds) Supplies: Dough2 cups almond flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 3 tablespoons sweetener 3 large eggs, yolks separated from whites 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 5 tablespoons cream cheese ⅓ cup sliced almonds Filling8 or 10 oz carton of blueberries 3 tablespoons cream cheese ½ cup sweetener Filling Heat blueberries and sweetener together in a small saucepan over low heat until sweetener has dissolved and berries have rendered leaving them slightly juicy In a medium bowl mix your blueberry sweetener with cream cheese and save to the side Dough Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper Melt your cheese in the microwave for about 1 ½ cominutes Combine almond flour, baking powder and sweetener and mix well Combine shredded cheese, eggs and cream cheese, mix well and add to the dry mixture. Mix thoroughly Roll dough out thin and cut it into squares Add filling to one side of each square fold into triangles, pinching edges shut so that you have closed pockets of your filling Lightly press sliced almonds flat onto your danishes and use egg white to lightly wash the tops of each pastry Bake for 8-10 minutes
